Great Compensation. Healthcare Industry is booming. Good number of leaves.

Dislikes

Less Opportunity of learning new technologies. No WFH or any other flexibility. Work Life balance is hard to maintain. Some senior are clueless how to proceed with the task and those who know a bit of the company are very hard to work with.

Package is above average. Good number of leaves

Leadership is very clueless. Managers are stretched across many projects and unable to focus on any of them. Weird deadlines with very unstructured work environment. Some teams have smart people and some are very average even on senior level.

- GOOD APPRAISAL - data scientist team can work on anything from ingesting, data engineering, deployment, and dashboard. - Directors are helpful

Dislikes

...e who are batchmates or school mate or worked in the same previous company, etc. Preferential Treatment and the only way you can get a salary raise or performance raise as per your wish.. if you try to resign and got a better job in a different company then you will be champion/deserving. They will try to stop you with the same incentive that another company is offering which has a very bad impact on the rest of the employees who are working as hard as him and contributing so everyone kinda follows the same trend resign and raise your salary and get a promotion which you might not get after working hard, before that, they sleep.

You can learn US healthcare. Also, if you don't have much experience in data then you can learn some technical skills.

Dislikes

Learning curve for analyst is not so good. Salary is also not standardized. Work pressure for new joiner is too high. Work culture for new joiner also not so good. Toxic culture from Managers.

...d/relevantly good learning that too became repetitive with no deep practicality. I would not recommend anybody to join Innovaccer unless they pay you the amount u want

Everything from work ethics to company culture to employee benefits company lacks everything but copies MNC's policies just for show off. Rather they are fooling U.S customers. The data is absolutely readable from the sources which they are getting from just that they fire manual basic sql queries to show their own data lol
