Nothing to like , just my experience is worst in this organization.

No working culture ,no happily atmosphere . People are doing lot of politics in the organisation while managers also doing worst behaviour to one specific person if they target to get out of the company .

They opened a office in hyderabad they are hiring for hyderabad but after some days they think that we have to close this ofc so in one day of notice they asked me to resigned. Such a waste company I ever had in my life. Don't join there may be some day they will tell you relocate or give resignation .

This Organization never keeps up their word and are not in sync with the happenings around of employees, they do not do time management due to which an employee has to do several follow-up's.

Is the review necessary for this company... this company does not deserve to be reviewed....super politics....illerate people...no heirachy everybody is boss....full exploitation just bcoz people are not getting job so they get license to exploit people....weird business module...weird people and their thinking....do not have ettiqutes to speak...villagers place....none is doing is their profile work....hr is making accounting entries ....and just organising parties....even payroll is outsourced....one single guy in finance,logistics....he is super illerate,annoying person...do not have ettiqutes to speak...and in every matter he speaks uncessaryly prompt in between....and have villagers language...may be he does not have good family background but he should not spoil office decoram...he shouts on everyone speaks very rudely to peons....these guys are for help...i feel pitty for him poor guy....marketing people are sitting in office and abusing each other....company does not drawer for employees...weird place to work...no scope of growth no planning nothing ...these people harass new joining employees too much...give them targets which cannot be complete in 5 days will prompt you after every 5 minutes....what guys what you are upto....this is insane....whatever you know u will forgot and learn scarp things no professionalism.....you will lose everything....i advise do not waste your skills,time,and do not spoil your career here.....even owner of comes at 12 pm...what a puntuatlity.....i feel ashamed of company and feel pitty that company does not have good environment to work and illerate people who does not have ettiqutes non cooperative employee totall harasment just bcoz people are having job does not mean u give them low salary and ask them to spend for company expenses and not to reimburse them....grow up guys you are running an organisation...people like are a shame for society....govt should take necessary and stern steps against them.
