Terrible narcissistic management. You can have an accident and if the owner thinks you're lying he might let you go on a whim. So you can imagine the quality of workplace. 24/7 spying using your laptop and CCTV. Among other things mostly negative.

Likes

NOTHING, they tell you that they will do increment in your salary and on the basis of that they make you work more than 10 hours a day.

Dislikes

NEVER FALL FOR THEM, THEY SAY SOMETHING AND DO SOMETHING, SUCH A HECTIC SCHEDULE THAT YOU MIGHT SOMEDAY WANT TO JUST LEAVE IT AND YOU CANNOT EVEN GO WASHROOM AS THEY COUNT IT AS TIME LOSS AND MAKE YOU DO THINGS CONTINUOUSLY. NOONE IS HELPFUL IN ANY WAY.

Nothing to like but They give chances to fresher but they have to learn by themselves and deliver result from the very first day.

1. Poor work life balance. 2. New employees suffer due to office politics. 3. Does not provide any training to any developer. 4. Working culture is so bad.

There is no proper designation hierarchy being followed, Developers with 1 or 1.5 years of experience tend to become Team Leads, which in my opinion is very wrong, Making a Team Lead should not just be based on the software development skills but also the individual's overall personality, like there skills, emotional intelligence, there bond with the employees, there problem-solving skills, there attitude towards the client and work, their communication skills.
