Compare to others people in the company there is No Recognition and Compensation for those who are actually working and proved themselves in their work, and these things to the extent leads to dignity of employee also.

The colleagues are cooperative and supportive. Even the managers support you for learning. Sometimes if the things are not going well then you can approach your manager or concerned person for discussion. The work environment is friendly and work timings are flexible.

Dislikes

...h clearly violates the time required for testing and thus inculcate more issues. No compensation for overtime.

Likes

The company is open to innovation. No on-site. You got to be self motivated for your career growth.

Dislikes

Not much employee benefit. You get noticed only if your communication is good. A set of 4 to 5 employees around whom the process revolves.. Freshers come and go. Employees come and go which they are least bothered about. The core team is dominating and you'll find hard after couple of years.
