Over all company is good, due to market down few people who are low performance was laid off which all companies do, mainly i like with this company is work life balance, they are getting good projects now for long term

They don't adjourned till tomorrow, what they can today. There was no politics, always treat us like their own family. That's the reason why people used to call the company by the name of innominds family.

There is no job security and bench policy is too bad..only 1st month they give full salary..after they cut the salary.. mostly they maintain payroll /staffing company . Currently management also not good . And bench we need to come daily office ...and they cut salary every month some amount if we have a project also ....if we ask they r tell more stories...
