... after joining. Company perfomance linked deductions of 5% from past 1.2 years. No hikes will be given here instead salary deduction is done. Managers will force you to leave the company, they does not support you at all. No team dinners. Poor Management.

Needs to attend client interviews for getting a project in 90% cases. Below average salary compared to market. Company policies on hikes is not good. Very very less to no benefits/perks

As it is service based company, you have work only when you have projects. Salary Hikes are less, Work pressure is more to meet the deadlines. All the new technologies to be learnt on our own, no guidance from seniors. More preference is given to employees who are close to management. Carrier growth is less as one may not get any training on learning new things apart, only assigned work.

Luxurious work culture and cool mentors...If your fast learner you will be taken best pic for project s..I worked in security practice s. The kind of knowledge you gained here 100% gives you job security here or even outside.great sense of humor Ed managers.
