Not a good company yo work. They will remove you anytime. No compensation they would pay.

Dislikes

I don't recommend anybody to join this company. If you gave other option then please do look for it . No benefits like lta, medical leave encashment etc.....

1) lot of learning opportunities. 2) I am very to work with INNOMAC 3) all technologies related project are available 4) company tear me like our own family I like that the culture. 5) team support is very good. 6) Our reporting manager is very good (Mr Munisawany Reddy sir) he is very supporting to me in all the time land I am very happy to have that manager. 7)when ur interest Learning new things company will support. 8) company growth is very very good

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
