Innocap Fresher Salary in India

Salary and bonus is good. Specifically for freshers in risk. No such skill apart of Advance excel is required. Therefore good place to start with. Seniors and core management are cooperative.(can be subjective as my manager was really nice). Job security is there as risk Reporting is booming and Innocap is one of the biggest in this. Completely WFH for pune employees. Good for those who are looking for remote working.

Dislikes

Working hours are not good. 10-12 hrs on average you have to sit, even more than that sometimes. Alternate work system is also there when there is less work pressure but still you would be doing other pending stuff. No flexibility with work as nature of the job requires to follow strict SLA's. Less diversity. 70%+ is concentrated to southern. Really Nice colleagues though but feels lack of communication at times. NOTE: My Observation is only restricted to risk department in india. It can be widely very from region to region and department to department !
