No work culture. Only few people will get better salary and promotion. No job security. Kanchan who is the co-founder is verified battamiz don't know how to talk. Only thing she knows is how to shout.

Nothing to like, all things are for hated. Very Very toxic environment and no increament and no performance bonus. It mention 60,000 as a performance bonus in the ctc, but give only 40-50 % after doing hard work with over time.

... mode and live in toxic environment. 1. never given performance bonus on time 2. No salary hike 3. toxic environment to work late night around 2pm 4. weekend work 5. time constraints to do the task. 6. Developers have alway heache due to bad culture. Very very toxic environment, I do not recommend any one to join that. if you have multiple offer letters then go with others.

Appraisals are always delayed (now it is shifted till dec for 2024), no work life balance, very few seniors in the company, no job security at all, strict 9am deadline to reach office. Before joining Innobit, please consider that you will get a good learning at the cost of your mental peace. (Kind of a big boss house where they are interested in your life from professional to personal matters.)

During the project of after market, they treat us like slave (g*u) , from 9 AM to 12 AM , rigorous breakdown, top managers are making mistake but never accepted their mistake , and if you make mistake , you know what to do next , make sure to update your profile on LinkedIn (#opentowork). If AI tools charges heavily, you can imagine what will happen next, but some members are gold(- g ) V*M and K*n*h*n. They party crazy man, you can drink like it's your father's party. Their HIRE new PA every month to light up mood of the factor workers (ofc you guys).

Seniors are less helpful and more arrogrant, if you are already drowning there is no point to teach how to swim. If you know how to li*k you can survive bruh. Female Scrum masters are working hard ,day and night, 24*7*365 , but there is no good outcomes , you know where their work goes ( excel sheets, documents and meetings) :) After successful project delivery of your project you will get 201 ruppees only, that's big amount for chucks like us to survive in Noida.
