- People are really warm and helpful at InMobi overall. - Good pay at the beginning but the appraisal cycle is unsatisfactory - A very people-centric company where you'd feel supported at all times.

Dislikes

- Non-design folks tell you what and how to design which is not beneficial for a designer's growth in the long run. - Design Managers report to non-design professionals who do not understand how design and design tools work which creates chaos and misunderstanding, ultimately causing frustration to the entire design team.

No tech enhancement. Management doesn't have clear roadmap and no job security. Hike is delayed. People are fired all of a sudden. Work doesn't help you improve your skills and learn new things.

HR is dummy here in company ..Boss decide the employee life. HR is very weak here and HR industry processes are not followed.. it is just a shop not corporate organisation…no ethics and values here. HR head and CEO are not interested in internal atrocities happened against employees by leaders…
