Very good program and process . But the incentives sucks and its not sufficient as sales person works for 12hours in a day. Daily meetings 1.5 hours which actually affected production. And keep on saying if not expected nos job not confirmed . No job security. Heavy loaded pressure. No proper training its all go as self learning. No proper management support when it comes to helping agents. Wasting morning time in the name of meeting. No proper incentive plans. We do revenue each customer and make nos. Incentives comes in 100 rs or 200 rs. No monthly target or incentives plans to atract. Simply inlingua programing is very good poor management. I worked all the days. If we take leave comp off werent considered still lop is applied. No week off. Thanks

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
