Great place to work, Vikram Bajaj (MD) is a gem of a person, very understanding, well educated, very well travelled, and a true gentlemen. Coworkers are equally supportive (most of them). Vikram supported everyone during the pendamic. Truly a value based, ethical company, with honesty and customer satisfaction at forefront. You will get to learn a lot, and will enjoy working at inlingua - if Vikram is your reporting manager.

I always Enjoy working here , Opportunity to teach Diverse Groups and people from Differente Backgrounds , Inlingua Faculty is always there to Help you . Interactive Sessions and proper Methodology and communicative approact to teach ,makes the Sessions for interesting .

I got the opportunity to use my skills with this company. The environment here encourages the person to speak and learn a lot many things. I'm having a great time here. The shifts timings are good. Although, I had less opportunity to grow in your particular team as they have a small team and less positions but surely the work culture is wonderful.

Dislikes

There's a little bit of hustle with the annual leaves and week offs. As I mentioned about the career growth here, is slow. We don't have many positions because of which we don't get many chance to grow career-wise.
