There was a immediate hike in salary after joining but career growth is very slow

...ent is less transparent. There is a no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

According to me if you are working hard work and get salary as you want you as you should work hard but but they believe your senior should be or who is personal senior, policies is you should work as your HR says or your boss says,they want wark per as Chinese work. Management is good but policies is not satisfactory.

Company working terms were good but local staff totally Orcus to went your a single month profarmens goes has been down.

There is no predefined SOP which is followed by Company ,They can take immediate decision favouring to Company . By which no any employee feel secured
