Only minus point of the company is as it's a big company but the atmosphere is not at all professional. Like the staff dressing sense the buildings infrastructure nothing is professional

It's a financially sound organization, they timely pay advances and balance to vendors and employee will get salary that's sure.

Every branch is different company itself, No branch wants to coordinate with other. Most Senior HR so called HR India Head is just a puppet of few managers, He is here to execute the politics of those managers so that his job keep going on. No HR policies for junior staff, Policies are for few who made and they themselves enjoy it and so called senior Rajasthani Auditor visit branch misbehave with staff with hieght, If you are staying him at your home, bringing apples and rabadi to him during visit he will be good with you else he will say " tere new couple directors ki mere saamne nahi chalti, seth sirf meri sunne hain" HR talk about Typing Speed, Man go and look you auditor take 1 hour to write a two line email, if you have guts check his speed. Don't spoil your future working with them, as old buddies or staff always trying to ruin this organisation. New directors are good they trying good but again old staff is an obstacles in it. It's like bollywood if you are in group of KJ your are superstar here, else you will thrown out of system. Anyone planning join if you don't have job anywhere else join them. If you are educate and can wait, Do not enter in this real life Gangs of wasseypur.

...ate from lunch The don't provide you assistance after you are on Notice Period The also don't pay you the remaining salary on time after leaving. The Salay is So low that The Watchman of the Industrial area is having more Salary than Employee working here They Don't provide Sick leaves & Only 8 Public Holidays per year Strict Working hours 9.30am to 7pm (1.30 to 2 lunch) First Ever Company who Hires employees 365 days (HR asks employees to Bring employee to work here because Every month you see Employees Leaving this Company I will rather be unemployed than working here in Hell I am talking about the Corporate office Which is in Andheri (Mumbai) ##PEOPLE ONLY JOIN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS SO I WROTE ALL THE POINTS TO ENSURE THAT THE MISTAKE I MADE NO ONE SHOULD EVER MAKE BY JOINING THIS COMPANY.##

...k culture is a little harsh but that is because of the nature of the business. Company should work on the even pay system for the same post. Its a drawback given the present market scenario. Its a family business and Directors are fine to work with. Higher Managements are normally helpful and supportive.

...nt family needs. So Company atleast think of giving sick leave / casual leave. Same post same payscale is a dream here. inspite of working very hard back office people gets very little increament. Appraisals are sometimes biased.
