This so-called tax and accounting automation company is nothing but a gimmick. It presents a flashy interface to collect data from clients, but then simply hands that data off to a third-party contractor who uses other platforms to handle the actual filings. There’s no genuine automation involved. To make matters worse, the platform is plagued with bugs and is highly unreliable. This is merely a hyped white-label service company pretending to be an AI-driven automation start-up. Clients would be far better off going directly to Tranquillity Consulting, the third-party contractor they primarily use, or any reputable CPA firm for favourable service and pricing. Any potential job-seekers considering joining this company should be fully aware of the staggering incompetence displayed by CEO and Founder, Anand Krishna, and Co-founder, Ranvir Singh. You’ll likely encounter Ranvir’s poor communication skills early on, which are compounded by his weak and unconvincing demeanor. Despite his title as CTO, he spends most of his time managing the support team and handling customer queries—areas where he is clearly out of his depth. Ranvir’s attempts to spend as much time in the office as possible to create the illusion of value only highlight his deep insecurity and lack of real skills. Anand Krishna, on the other hand, demonstrates an utter lack of understanding about running a company or grasping technology. His management style is akin to randomly taking a shit somewhere and then expecting his employees to search for it and clean it up. And for any potential third-party contractors, beware: this company is rapidly depleting its funds, and partnering with them could leave you unpaid for your services. You'll likely invest more time and effort for a fraction of what they charge the end client. Proceed with caution, as working with them may result in more headaches than it's worth. Inventors, take note: Anand Krishna has burned over $1 million in funding with no credible product to show for it. Don’t be misled by his inflated claims about the product—testing it will reveal numerous issues and a complete lack of real automation. Anand also has a troubling habit of squandering funds on nonsensical ideas without any research, and he loves to travel and party on investor money while claiming it's for the company's growth.
