Dislikes

...for 10 customers since last 3 years even the tool software is now EOL and EOS. This company terminates majority of its employee each year and then backfill position again to avoid promotions and salary increments.No opportunity given to upgrade your skill and grow. Positions holded by old employees are still there with bureaucracy. Avoid technology/ security or sales team . With G42 now controlling it's gone worst. CEO is further not at all visionary and changed his own direct reports each year. If you have vision to grow then don't waste your time in this company take it as a hop only.

They pay well. No doubt. But that's bcos of it was part of Mubadla earlier. Now with G42, it's going to be bad.

In my case, they hired me n paid for mine n my family's relocation to Abu Dhabi. But then once I joined, i realised they don't have headcount approval. They started blaming each other, n I was being passed from team to team right from month 2. Finally my contract was terminated saying org restructuring. I had to return back to India after 10 months on my own expense. Thr r few senior guys, I will name one- Gianluca. Avoid him. On n avg, every 3rd month n employee looses his/her job bcos of this guy.
