New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. ...rformed more than 2 years and show them results but injala has different policy. Once there product is ready they do cost cutting. Simple logic

overall culture is friendly , people are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

no job security, hire and fire policy, one will get fired in the probation only if he or she didn't do up to the mark. no time given to understand the software or code flow. within one month you will get task with strict time line, you might get humiliates in front of your team if you did not know about something, if you are new in the company you will come to the office everyday with a fear of termination. do not join if you want a peaceful work life.

Supportive Environment at the start of the Job.

Dislikes

No Work life balance, almost 10-11 hrs/day, Internal politics, the one whom I gave the KT is not be able to understand the work which needs to be done in that task.
