The company provides extra pay for making you work on extra days which by the way does occur quite often.

Dislikes

Firstly, the leave policy sucks. They do not give any public holiday and if you do take them they are deducted from your assigned leaves (30 per year) Secondly, they hire you saying that the job is technical but you end up in customer service. They have crappy politics within the supervisors.

We get to learn a lot of new and work in lot of different things as it is a startup

Dislikes

The weekoffs and leave policy is terrible. You dont get Indian holidays as well as US holidays. And all the saturdays including the 2ndth is working.

The team i worked in was good, very talented and understanding people.

Dislikes

Utter mismanagement. There isn't a linear flow of work. Anybody will assign any task or feedback. And when the multiplicity of assignments delays your deadlines, they blame it on your performance. Plus, what they call is a collaborative atmosphere, is actually one where they don't know what they want. The standard of expectations keeps shifting. They say one thing and mean another. Unfortunately, if you bring this to their notice, instead of working on their shortcomings they'll "part ways" and claim that you've resigned. And as others have mentioned, their leave system is shabby. No national holidays or bank holidays, no sick leaves. You can just inform your manager if you need to take an off. Consequently, it will only show in your performance or appraisal time as this person takes a lot of sick offs.

Dislikes

Management is suck. No culture at all work life balance is gonna 1 women who claims to so called CS manager she is suck disaster lady god knows why the hell they still kept her simple good for nothing.. Apart from gossip she doesn’t know anything 0 process knowledge, 0 efficiency. Unnecessary try get in nonsense work never say her real work till. Big time sadist she feels happy to other people in pain or struggling. Basically she is getting paid for doing nothing. Inito never appreciate hard working people.
