Initium used to be somewhat decent, with lack of space for creativity being the only major problem.

Lack of space for creativity New managers don’t know anything about anything (if you ever get a chance to speak to Aliya, please ask her how do you make a copy of an existing Google Sheet? See if she knows) Toxic work environment No appraisals The role you joined for won’t matter after a while, they will ask you to anything at random

It has a great Friendly Environment with no hierarchy based system. Everybody thoughts and ideas are well heard and listen work in a closed environment with senior and top management always helping and be involved in every projects.
