...Job security they fire people they plan party outside of without including them. They cut salary if you ask for leave or comp off. Directors have problem in spending money for celebration however they like if employee pay it. They ask you to work late night from home as well and next morning on time to office. They will ask you to go for office visit and spend money but will not reimbursed the amount, to some they take 6-7 month to reimburse the amount. They should learn professionalism. Nothing to like..
