1. There is no laid process for development. Things are haywire which consumes lot of time unnecessarily. 2. Office politics 3. In terms of learning, there is not much. Internal Politics, From top management to lower there is a big chain, if you are part of it you will enjoy otherwise struggle only. No work appreciation and not good work culture. Large layoffs, search online you can get it, you need to work for 12 hrs daily
