Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

I think the current changes in the company since 2022 will make it a bit enjoyable working here.

...e answer was there is nothing wrong. This company can paralyse your self esteem. Last year I got a promotion in one of the Mills but they decided to cut my salary, I was forced to decline.
