I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. No shift timings in reality. Your boss may call you in midnight & ask for any professional favour & if you deny you are gone. You could be asked to work on weekoff for 3-4 hrs. You may be asked to extend shift without OT.
