6 year employee, the 2nd shift supervisor sucks and his bestfriend the new lead is dumb as a box of rocks. They both single out union employees. The lead is the Laziest employee in that department to the point the supervisor has to help him do his work. There is always something wrong or missing when you start your day. There is no quality standards "tight is right". The safty standards are always bypassed. There is always missing parts so expect to have no overtime and little to no hours. There are some good employees but not many. Backstabbing is a daily occurence. If you were thinking of joining the team there, I would advise you stay away with a 1,000 foot pole.
