As my experience has shown that it is poorly managed by unqualified individuals. The HR department is particularly problematic, as they are severely underpaid and lack the necessary experience and knowledge to effectively perform their duties. This often leads to a hostile work environment, as they may become jealous if you receive a better compensation package than they do. Additionally, I have observed a clear Christian bias in the company, and those of other religions may face discrimination and exclusion. There is also no job security, as employees can be terminated without notice or cause. Furthermore, the company has a policy of withholding payment for any time an employee leaves before 30 minutes before the end of the day, and payment is often delayed by several months. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this company and seek employment elsewhere.
