The company Environment is good and salary is on time. The teammates are also good.

Dislikes

Working Culture is not good. The top tech guys are not supportive for new joinees. The working environment is not so good to even work for a single day. There is no team support even for freshers and experienced. There is nothing like a team in this company

Nothing poor leadership, vision less takes decision without thinking. Office politics affecting people's performances.

Dislikes

Everything except infrastructure and salary on time otherwise form growth and sustainability point of view not good at all. Maybe good for freshers but not for experienced professionals.

There is nothing, not even a single thing good about this company. Employees are highly disappointed. 100 plus employees are on bench. And total strength is around 400.

...n this type of company. You will learn nothing. Even you may forget your skills. No salary raise, HRs behave so improfesionaly. Rules and regulations are just for show. No ethics no corporate culture no growth. Totally bad experience. No job security at all.

- No work life balance. - Even you get Excellent rating, but if client moves, then they will fire you suddenly anytime without any reason. They can not afford to keep you on bench even for a week. - No opportunity to learn new technology. - Work domain is very specific to I- Gaming. So, you will not get exposure to latest technology. - They dont provide you any training when you join.They will expect you to work on their critical issues from day 1 without any training. - Even if you get Excellent Rating, but you will not get any Promotion. Yearly increment is also very less.

Only things likable here is few good people I met. It is a good company for a short time and for people who want to stick to one job and average salary.

Dislikes

No skill growth, no cab/shuttle facility, No promotions and Performance reviews are only for formality, and after 5 years you will feel left behind in the market. However you can get good promotions but you have to play resign and retention game with them. Job security is just like any other average company, if they don't need you, you'll out.
