It's a company by professionals with international management experience. company policies are much better than some of the peers in the industry. for example, direct interaction with international clients, full trust and flexibility about work, work from anywhere, nice salary package, good bonus schemes, international travel opptty due to small company and transparent management - everyone gets a chance to do more. Birthday celebrations, and presents, cake cutting etc.

time zone difference between India and Europe mgmt., small teams, sometimes communication issues due to remote working

This is a very good company to work with it helped me grow and gave me opportunity to learn new language. I was off work for almost 2 yrs but Infyline saw the caliber and helped be come back to the job!!

I like the working environment and culture which helps me growing in my carrier and utilizing my technical and behavioral skills. I played several roles within Infyline Systems like Developer, Tester, Team Lead, Team Management, Business Analyst, Recruitment process.

Dislikes

While working during last days, I didn't have enough challenges. After a while, all the projects became repetitive.
