Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

They did not support anyone and They only supports themselves. Salary deducted and not paid. Travel conveyance not paid. They want to makes you works for free.

Dislikes

Nothing are to be liked about the company and even no reimbursement paid for conveyance even though we are travelling from very very far places. We are risking the health for the company and not being supported at all.

Likes

People here are very educated and that enigma glows within their personalities. The environment is like an ambitious family working together. Here all voices are heard and given equal importance. This is very close to a flat organisation.

Dislikes

The holiday schedule is very tight for the year. The workload is also very high.
