...ey don't care about employees at all. The tech stack is very basic and outdated. Promotions are never on time, appraisals are constantly delayed, and the variable pay they promise is a complete scam—they mention it in the offer letter, but when the time comes, they don't pay it.

There are no refreshments or outings provided, and the work pressure is immense with little to no appreciation. Pay, especially variable compensation, is often delayed, and they may adjust your ratings to deduct amounts. HR lacks transparency and fails to provide satisfactory answers. I would advise against applying to this company, as they can terminate your employment at any time if you don't meet their unreasonable demands, and they can also relocate you up to 1500 km away for business reasons.
