Top level management people not skilled, their positioning depends on sub ordinate. Proper communication not available. Except sales people other than safety, there is no continuity product and able to serve regularly. It's purely big distribution dealer company. There is no solution. Is just distributor company

...ey don't care about employees at all. The tech stack is very basic and outdated. Promotions are never on time, appraisals are constantly delayed, and the variable pay they promise is a complete scam—they mention it in the offer letter, but when the time comes, they don't pay it.
