Healthy atmosphere, good work culture, supportive management and colleagues, ample of learning opportunities. No politics

Dislikes

They keep on increasing responsibilities, on the job learning but compensation doesn’t get revised to match increased work expectations, lot of energy is spent in solving internal trivial issues.

Likes

Good for freshers to learn and grow, if you want to learn their tool. Good for entry level jobs only.

Dislikes

...mostly work is not related to coding. Internal products are having lots of bugs. Salary hike will be given once you resigned else no attention. Most employees are more than 3-4 years to 10-15 years of range, because they have created dependencies.

Likes

They give you opportunities for skills development & learning at all level. Senior management is easily approachable. Work culture is personal instead of professional.

Dislikes

Very high expectations from employees and low pay scale (if you want to hike, you need to resign). No company growth plan as well as no product growth plan. Company is missing own targets for last many years. Work timings are strictly flexible.

- The colleagues are very helpful and have vast knowledge - The strategy building and approach discussion along with SDLC pattern understanding helps you to know about the processes - Process and fix pattern for procedures makes the deliverables smoothless

Dislikes

- No actual coding, just configuration on internal tools for clients - Short deadlines - Legacy code that breaks every now and then - Unpleasant appraisals

Nothing to like too much politics they blame new comers of their past wrong doings. I strongly recommend not to join this company .
