Infoware India: A Disastrous Workplace Experience My time at Infoware India was nothing short of a disaster. This company lacks basic infrastructure, has no plans in place, and relies heavily on hiring interns and freshers. They keep these employees on a never-ending provisional period, exploiting their hard work while paying them meager salaries. To make matters worse, most employees are relieved of their duties before the end of this period. Despite boasting a workforce of over 200 individuals, Infoware India fails to provide even the most fundamental benefits, such as a provident fund. The company's single HR representative is utterly clueless about their job responsibilities, adding to the overall chaos and lack of support. The boss, Hemant Agarwal, is a non-technical, selfish, and dubious individual. His leadership is questionable at best, leaving employees feeling uneasy and perplexed. In summary, my experience at Infoware India was disheartening. The company's lack of infrastructure, absence of benefits, exploitative practices, and dubious leadership create an appalling work environment. I strongly advise anyone considering joining this company to think twice. It's a regrettable place that disregards its employees and offers no room for professional growth or development.
