Only thing good is Hybrid work culture. They are not forcing to come to office compulsory, just asking to come once a week or atleast 3-4 times a month.

Dislikes

Rest everything is bad here. No hikes, no bonus or very less bonus ( bonus is part of CTC promised), they expect you to work on many extra activities apart from clients work to be eligible for appraisal. No support and only support they give is to few favorite employees.

Likes

Nothing much, except for infrastructure and huge buildings/ campuses. IC and IL are two different organizations. IL is slightly better than IC. Joined with lot of aspirations, considering brand name, but seriously regret quitting my previous company and joining Infosys Consulting. Please don't do this mistake guys, if you are planning to join Infosys Consulting. Pls do some research. Better choose other offers

...got 2 rating but after normalization, they gave me 3 rating and put me in PIP. Variable pay is cut without hesitation because my appraisal rating was 3. My 3 lakh VP is cut :( Smart HR, they show big no.s while offering the job, but in reality you will get very less as take home every month. No salary hikes Cannot move from Consulting to Infosys Limited easily (Internal Job postings) Management is only interested in generating revenue/ billing / Client base Old school like culture, if employees won't listen to management, they will be punished.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

Salary hikes is very less. There is a bond of 1 year after the training for freshers.

Likes

Work life balance, Good people, structured organisation with overall good employee policies, lot of internal platforms/sponsorship for learning

Dislikes

Salary is below market standard; You get hired at 10 and stay for 3 years, your salary goes 10.3 with a promotion while someone gets laterally hired at 15 or 20 so it’s kind of frustrating. Promotions are extremely slow and now they handover dry promotion with a hike of 5% which results in actually reduction in salary than increase.

If you are lucky the project work will be interesting and you will get to do some meaningful work.

Dislikes

No growth in any aspect. No hikes, no promotions and bonus is never as expected. Performance evaluation will be done every 6 months but hikes and bonus will be delayed by 10-12 months. Bonus cycle is such that if you quit the job, you will loose your bonus for that year.
