People centric company with strongly ingrained culture and values. Job security is very high with good work life balance. Recommended for people who are okay with mediocrity and want to work with a brand without any growth.

Dislikes

YoY salary growth is terrible. Growth opportunities are very few and Progressions are dry. Learning opportunities are not too great either, unless you yourself proactively start seeking them. Not at all recommended for anyone who wants to earn money.

Not much pressure while working in Infosys, and job security also good ,work life balance also ok

The most important thing that is salary which is too low and there is no hikes from past 3 years and no other benifits, no allowances no promotion on time. The minimum ctc should increase otherwise its too difficult to survive in Bangalore.The company should think about the employees future also ,if there is no hikes for years means its not worth to work there at least the basic ctc should be more or yearly hikes company should give

...uch of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.

I strongly dislike the salary they offer, especially since BPM employees do the same work in projects but are treated as secondary resources with no priority. Compared to Infosys Ltd, the talent level is lacking, and management does nothing to address this biased system. Avoid joining Infosys BPM—opt for Infosys Ltd instead, as both roles end up doing the same work once assigned to a project.

My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

Dislikes

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.
