My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

Dislikes

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.

Work life balance and the way they work like a team coordination is excellent and the way of work culture is extremely ultimate to work in that atmosphere.

...are loyal to their bosses get more attention than those focused on work quality. Low Salary: The salary offered is quite poor. Minimal Salary Hikes: Don't expect significant salary increases over the years. Skill Levels Vary: Colleagues may have varying levels of knowledge and expertise due to lower salary expectations.

No Motivation and pay hikes are very low. Micromanagement of people on working on system. Even going to toilet is also counted as non productive. There is one manager SIva Rebbragada he is the worst manager I am seen in my career.

1. Lack of planning on accepting projects. 2. Laid back approach on indisciplined resources, causes impact on work. 3 No backup planning on business continuity. 4. Managers push employees beyond capacity, instead of discussing with clients for their wrong estimates of FTE. 5. Top management discuss issues within themselves and come up with action points, without knowing ground level pain areas nor taking inputs from People who are close to process.
