I was not happy with the salary. At least those whose work more than a year should get better hike so they can lead good life.

Its a ocean, where there is no limit for learning and gain knowledge.salary is some wat less until you get promotion..once u get promotion..u can expect good pckge..u cn also enjoy the enviornment of the campus.etc lot more.

It was a good work life balance, good job security, it was like a government job at low package salary,

Less perfomer gets the promotion and hikes, where top performer would be felt left out, 0% salary hike, hardly promote existing employee rather hires from out side. Junior gets hire at higher packages but no hikes to the existing, diligent employees.
