There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Pay is very very very very very low! 3.5 experience person is getting the salary of a fresher! No appraisals since last 2 years! Poor hike.

Non competitive compensation with respect to the market. Push to overwork; high performance expected but not rewarded properly. Career growth is very bleak. Visibility not available to everyone.
