Infosys gives you very good opportunities to groom yourself personally and professionally. It have a lovely campus and very good facilities for its employees.

Doesn’t pay well. Increment % are very low. Increments gets delayed up to October month sometimes ☹️

...uch of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.

My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

Dislikes

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.
