Very nice palace to work. Infosys is providing training to employees to enhance their skills.

Dislikes

Salary is not paying how much we work for. You even work for 12 hours you will get any shift allowance for that extended shift

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming acrade for chilling company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good saralry hike and bonus s every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resing.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Not much pressure while working in Infosys, and job security also good ,work life balance also ok

The most important thing that is salary which is too low and there is no hikes from past 3 years and no other benifits, no allowances no promotion on time. The minimum ctc should increase otherwise its too difficult to survive in Bangalore.The company should think about the employees future also ,if there is no hikes for years means its not worth to work there at least the basic ctc should be more or yearly hikes company should give

...uch of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.
