My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

Dislikes

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.

Work life balance and the way they work like a team coordination is excellent and the way of work culture is extremely ultimate to work in that atmosphere.

Campus is beautifully designed with a focus on natural surroundings, offering a visually appealing environment.

...are loyal to their bosses get more attention than those focused on work quality. Low Salary: The salary offered is quite poor. Minimal Salary Hikes: Don't expect significant salary increases over the years. Skill Levels Vary: Colleagues may have varying levels of knowledge and expertise due to lower salary expectations.

I like the environment of the Infosys and the office culture it's good for employees.Onething i can say is choose Infosys Ltd rather than choosing Infosys BPM Ltd.

Dislikes

Salaries are very less even increments are not good in Infosys BPM ltd.i don't like the salaries which they pay us and they provide only one way cab it's expensive again they deduct cab expenses from our salary only.So, anyone wants to join BPM Ltd plz verify all these details and then only plan in a right way.i would suggest you people go to Infosys Ltd only.
