Variables cut without any reason. Lot of disturbances from few people at sales team as they always roam and ask salary information and married information.Basement is crowded highly. Need some promotions and RnR should be done monthly.Salary only 5% increment. Request for minimum 10% to the management.

The salary is stable and comes in time. No work pressure. Team is good.

Dislikes

The Manager's manager used to be good a year back but now she has tured into angry dinasour. She needs to cut incentives without any reason. My manager to save his job he has started to l**k her feet to save his incentives. No learning curve, extreme false promises. No body listens to get the office infrastrure good. Basement living. No work life balance. No bonuses. HR is absent in the organization , she only recruits with false promises. People are looking out for other jobs. Appraisals are almost zero. They will just put Senior in your designation. Admin is a great dehati no listenting only arrogant and pravachan.Sorry forgot to mention Great Internet. almost down.

Nothing i like at all except salary which is sometime on time.

... proper Hr and Management is full of kicked out people from different companies. Own existing people low salary, new people triple salary even on same experience. Third class Toilet and infront of sales team they are great and in front of tech team , they are great. Very bad people they are playing with future of good people. LMS and video company and not proper cyber security.Extreme work pressure sometimes and Fridays are worst days. Beware of false fake promises and dreams.

The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

...many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

...annel ecosystem. Blind Target. Leave this company to save your blood, my advice. Salary equivalent to inside sales. Job of entire sales team. Abuses all ex employees. If you resign be prepared. No acknowledgement of work. Third class work life balance. Meeting after 8 pm Self reports to office after 12 pm. 8 hours job. Not a good human. Stop abusing. Cannot close account of its own.
