Nothing i like at all except salary which is sometime on time.

... proper Hr and Management is full of kicked out people from different companies. Own existing people low salary, new people triple salary even on same experience. Third class Toilet and infront of sales team they are great and in front of tech team , they are great. Very bad people they are playing with future of good people. LMS and video company and not proper cyber security.Extreme work pressure sometimes and Fridays are worst days. Beware of false fake promises and dreams.

Worked more than a year. Good vision but lacks execution. Bad Managers eats credits. The work of an Avp is done by our mini manager.

Dislikes

The note starts with extreme low salary and lack of work life balance. The worst part is sales department will send somebody to discuss project but she queries about salaries of every guy and will provike every single day to leave job as if she is an spy and wastes max time. The washroom is not hygenic and basement is so so much suffocating. Request management not to send her to waste our time. Conversation and requirements can happen over phone call.

No growth one year back where i was same here. Salary on restructure and nothing more. Shouts in basement, they cannot commnicate through moving. Initially it was Monday to friday but became Monday to Saturday (Saturday WFH).

Time is good and salary gets credited on time. Professional environment and everyone seems happy

Extreme politics by our manager and team is divided , team is not good as they are double faces and no upraisals and no appreciation by hr. Worst office basement feels suffocating

The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

...many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.
