Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

A lot of work pressure at my site as into the banking domain. During lockdown additional work and extended shifts. But got the additional bonus for the same.

Staff is good. Good opportunity to learn different technologies.salary is on time.

Dislikes

They can fire you anytime. They can extend your notice period at any point of time without even informing you. HR is not polite at all. Too much work pressure may be due to pandemic situation.

colleagues are good helping, salary is on time.

Dislikes

Management is not transparent at all. Too much work pressure because of which everyday we are extending our shift timing. Worst HR policies they can increase your notice period at any point of time

Nothing i like at all except salary which is sometime on time.

Dislikes

... proper Hr and Management is full of kicked out people from different companies. Own existing people low salary, new people triple salary even on same experience. Third class Toilet and infront of sales team they are great and in front of tech team , they are great. Very bad people they are playing with future of good people. LMS and video company and not proper cyber security.Extreme work pressure sometimes and Fridays are worst days. Beware of false fake promises and dreams.
