The clients selection and the quality knowledge that we receive. The salary is pretty much low paid as compared to other company with quarterly variables. Team coordination is good. The Manager is excellent for the team. Lots of open learnings.

Dislikes

...many complains the management is not changing the hr. Parking space is very low. Ohh Sorry the salary is so low that i cannot own a car. Anyways theres a culture people coming and joining and leaving. The customer success team is Customer Support basically to troubleshoot but no proper solution training.

The Salary gets credited on time as per my experience and there is no loads of work. Usually average 5-6 clients per head with more than 50 % non-active. But you have to show more else you will get more work.

Dislikes

...ternet. Sometimes we have to work late nights and even on Saturdays and Sundays. There is no fixed KPI and the salary is low as per market standard. HR is not good as per my experience, I would say worst HR in my whole career.

Worked more than a year. Good vision but lacks execution. Bad Managers eats credits. The work of an Avp is done by our mini manager.

Dislikes

The note starts with extreme low salary and lack of work life balance. The worst part is sales department will send somebody to discuss project but she queries about salaries of every guy and will provike every single day to leave job as if she is an spy and wastes max time. The washroom is not hygenic and basement is so so much suffocating. Request management not to send her to waste our time. Conversation and requirements can happen over phone call.

Interview is easy . Huge jump of salary. Salary is exceptionally high. Flexible timings and unlimited leaves.

Dislikes

Lots of false promises. Manager assigned a Class Monitor,Monitor does not have his pipeline and backbites about us with the manager.Class Monitor gives his demo good but bad for others. POCs fail because of non coperation and always blames sales team.No matter how many demos you fix, demo has to be bad. Work life is bad they will ask you to be in right time but will never let you go in time.Everyone has to do everything. No team management and process. No skill developments, no team vacations, no sponcored trips,

...salary appraisals happens but not upto industry.You can easily crack interviews.Good Organisation for freshers only with low salary.

Dislikes

There is no training, you have to sef learn. It is a startup company. Need someinfrastructure improvement in basement specially water quality and open air quality.Mosquitoes every where. Time discipline is not there. You have to work after office also and sometimes Saturdays too.
