1. The work culture is worst interal departments like two fighting countries. 2.No appraisal,No appreciation,No benefits,No work-life balance. A lot of work pressure. Join at your own risk. Managers are not good. Their behaviour is pathetic toxic environment in sales department no incentive they pressurize to work out of KRA also. Managers really don't want to stay new people in the company so much politics. Very bad environment.
