Dislikes

The CEO of the company is a big problem. He shouts at people without a reason and does not treat them like humans. He throws things and acts violent. Every day he makes somebody or the other cry. He macro-manages employees. There is no work life balance in this job. He forces people to work for 10-11 hours. 10 hours are a usual and the environment is such that leaving on time feels illegal. He purposely holds meeting after office hours so people have to stay back. He thinks it’s a school and gives lectures all the damn time.

...r employees. Leaves have to be taken by explaining even the personal reasons. They don't pay salary on time. Promotions depend on how much can you appease the VC's, CEO and CE of the company.

Dislikes

They don't treat employees as humans. They think just beacause they are paying salary, they own the employees. Work given is not just related to your profile. Personal work of the VC's and CEO is also assigned and also you are not paid for it. Passive aggressiveness is the MO of the company.

Likes

Salary is credited on time. Good company and senior management are helpful. Good company for those who want to work in wires all their lives. It also has a decent HR.

Dislikes

CEO of the company is a big problem. He thinks he is running an Ashram. He physically made his employees run in the corridor of the company several times like it is a school. He has serious anger issues. He treats his employees in a very disrespectful way. He thinks his employees run on low morals and ethics therefore he gives lectures on morals for literally hours. He does not know how to keep personal and ethical boundaries.
