It is very good company comes under mid-size company salary and other things are really so good but visibility is less.

Company good they don't hire any under company pay and it's all in the in the management discretion when to hire and fire. Paying is good but job security is very much important during economic downturn.

...d if you don't stretch beyond 9-7 then you are considered as a bad performer. Salary benefits are okay. Not very good. Appraisals are cancelled for the year.

No variable pay, healthcare policy are free of cost, annual leave policy is good, extra leave and token money will be provided on special day like Birthday/Anniversary. Good work culture

Hike are less mostly 8 to 15% with promotion otherwise yearly hikes are between 4 to 6% only

As a company its very good place to work.. But it depends on the manager how your life will be at the company.. My manager is real bad and bossy.. Does not have the basic courtesy or ethics.. Also company moves to hybrid model with condition apply saying your manager decision is final.. Also since my manager is in same company for more than 10 years they blindly believe him.. They should take individual team surveys to understand if they are really happy with there managers

I just attended interview and cleared all the rounds. 6 rounds. I'm working in TCS and my CTC is 6.7L + 96k allowance. After 21 days if interview, they told we are working on it, we will get back to you shortly. After 9 days they called back and offered 6.7L as fixed gross pay.

Salary. They are offering what you are getting.
