Not satisfied with work environment and no job security for people's they will change teams routinely and if we ask any questions they will not respond properly and no promotions given till my relieving date

Please dont fall for PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME culture. You will be Working, but not experience the comfort/joy of working from Home.

The management is terrible. They will not respond on time regarding your resignation, instead disable your email so that you don't get ant response from them and blame you (awaiting response) for not reporting to work. You will NOT BE PAID for the MORE THAN 8 HRS WORK you did all month long. If you are looking for a 'Work-life balance' kinda job, then Information Evolution pvt.Ltd is NOT for you. No JOB SECURITY. Talk about follow-up call (after 7 freaking days), Such a rude way to connect with. No manners. No communication manners. No emotional intelligence. (Not expected from the DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCE). Recently around 15 interns of a seasonal project were terminated at one day notice, despite not completing their promised term, But they expect us to serve their terms! Crazy! Isn't it?!

My company provides Permanent work from home option so it is so handy to manage things, and when it's come to job security i am into IEI for the past 6years, its a great experience for me.

Dislikes

Interview process should be organised, candidates needs to wait almost a month of time to get their result and confirmation, even multiple times of calling to hr there is no proper reply.
