My honest review. worst Appraisal with little percentage. All old HR vanished. New HR ( Archana & Gousalya) was rude. they dont knw how to treat employee. they are 3rd class hr team. they think they is CEO of company. Always they say word termination or resign and go. even for designation chsnge

1.Third Class HR’s 2.All projects are very old, very outdated company, carrier will go backwords 3.No apprisals at all 4.For someone they will provide laptops and for some one they dont provide laptop and internet expenses

- No appraisal for 3 years - no respect given by seniors - notice period of 60 working days (which is almost 90 days) - lot of lies while hiring - don't care of employees who are with the company for more than a decade. - revenue is clearly visible l, still management says there's no revenue.

Located Opp to Taramani station, easy to commute.

Dislikes

As the company head quartes is located in Dubai, all management decisions are based from there. You have to work for GCC timings, and have to come on indian holidays as well as GCC holidays too. No clear cut policy on leave days. Also its 10 hr working per day. That make you squeeze and tire some for the day.

There is no HR policy. Dubai based back office. Worst culture. They will terminate any time. Working hours 10 hrs. They are not following employees act.... i have raised question. They terminated me.
