Its good to work with company. Salary on time, no work pressure, WFH for out location employees. Management changes frequently. some people feels its good to work some deny.

Dislikes

No growth, no self development, no salary hike.

Likes

First and foremost company timings is very flexible, good energetic team, company is always open to innovative ideas, can balance well between work and family life, there is stagnancy in salary matter. Otherwise staff are really good.

Dislikes

There is no cab facility by the company and I feel they should provide more hike. As most of the employees that I have noticed are equally humble, loyal, talented, motivated and hardworkers.

I have worked 5yrs in this organization.. It was very nice working here. Learned a lot of excel skills. Company is like a family and employees orinted. Enjoyed every moment in the company

Dislikes

Lack of proper infrastructure. Suffient Time for completion of tasks.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
